I'm Stefy — mum, sound healer, somatic practitioner,

and the woman who built this community from the messiest

season of her life.

In my first year postpartum,

I moved through depression, cancer, and a flash flood

— a season that changed everything I thought

I could hold.

Now, more than two years into motherhood,

I'm still rebuilding. Still becoming.

And I'm doing it alongside this community.
